Great melody..simple and straightforward making the lyrics/vocals forefront and spotlit. I hear a little Steven Tyler in those vocals, which I think is kickass - got that bluesy/raspyness I only WISH I could produce

The best songs are the ones you know'll sound as good sat round a fire on the beach on a late summers evening as they would in a stadium in front of 10,000 people. This is one of those songs.

'Lavender skin...' Such a beautiful way to say words of love...and 'candles sometimes burn out before they're done'
For these two lines I admire you immensely but with all the other mile high songs you have written, well now we're talking of someone hewn from a different rock, a bright star in this musical galaxy, shining the way & we contentedly look on in wonder. Your voice beautifies your songs the way summer lights & warms the landscape
